what a nice surprise (austin)

Tessa sat in the quad at the university reading her potions text book. She stared intently at the book trying to memorize every word. She looked away from the words to grab a muggle soda from her bag and sipped it. Just as she was about to return to studying, a pair of hands covered her eyes and she gasped.

Austin had watched her sit reading for ten minuets loving how she sat and looked in the sun light , the sun making her hair shine and now he could not hold himself back any longer. He walked quietly over to her and placed his hands over her eyes. "Guess who?" He asked leaning down and gently kissing her neck lightly glancing at her book as he smiled.

He moved his hands and sat down next to her one hand still holding hers in his own as he brushed his thumb over the back of her hand. " hows classes?" he asked.

Tessa smiled as she heard his voice and knew immediately who it was "hello austin" she said softly and smiled ay him as he sat down. She kissed him and stroked his thumb in return "classes are classes. Especially the ones I have to take to be an auror"

Austin nodded and moved his arm around her. " Anything I can help with?" He asked " oh and how'd you like to get away from here, I have a surprise planned." he smiled holding up a motorbike helmet for her to wear his own dangled from his belt at his waist. He wanted to show her just how mush he cared and loved her. Un known to her he'd arranged a picnic on a cliff over looking a private beach they could use and he hoped for once she would relax around him. " so what do you say?" he asked

Tessa looked at him and then at the helmet. She was a bit nervous about the idea, but she trusted austin. She took the helmet and put it on her head. It made her look absolutely adorable. She smiled and took his hand in hers "lead the way" she said before outting her books in her bag and grabbing her wand to send her bag to her apartment and then looked at him with a smile

Austin could see her nervousness and smiled " I won't let any harm come to you Tessa" he said softly then taking her hand he lead her to his bike. Sitting on it he held out his hand to her so she could sit behind him " I promise its not that far " he told her " besides my next games coming up and I'd love to have my lucky charm there." he said smiling as he started the engine.  He felt the small box that sat nestled in his jacket pocket and he felt butterflies in his stomach worse than at the beginning of any game he'd played but this time he knew it would be worth it if she agreed to his question.

sa nuzzled against his leather jacket and smiled. He looked so damn sexy in his motorcycle gear. She loved it  she wrapped her arms around him tight and smiled as she kissed his neck "I can't wait to cheer you on as I always do " she said softly. She looked at him and decided now was as good of a time as any to talk to him about this important life changing event for the both of them "austin listen. Theres something I want to talk to you about. Theres this little girl named hope, she is an absolute sweet heart. And she needs a family. I was wondering how you would feel about adopting her" she was nervous of his reaction as she waired for his answer.

He smiled when she said she couldn't wait to cheer him on in his next game. He heard her tone change to a serious one and he listened to her. His mouth curled up at the corners as they drove to a grassy area over looking a beach. As he drove he reached into his pocket taking out the small box he had there taking her hand in his he slipped it against her palm. " You know for adoptions we'd have to get married?" he said his helmet hiding his smile. "My place is large enough for the three of us and any others that might come along, oh does she even like Quidditch and if so what team would she want her room in?" he said trying not to laugh as he stopped the bike and took off his helmet. He turned to face her on his bike his hands resting on her hips as he waited for her answer.

Tessa looked at him as he slipped the box jnto her hand. She then looked down at it and gasped then looked back up at him "oh my god... austin... I... yes. Yes yes yes. A million times yes" she jumped off the bike and hugged him tight before kissing him deepky and nuzzling her face into his neck "my answer is yes I will marry you and I'm sure she will root for her daddys team just like I do. Ih honey, I can't wait for you to meet her" she said smiling as twars fell down her face. She was marrying austin. She was going to be a mom.

Austin grinned as she said yes he could not help hold her close to him " well we could run to city hall but I'm guessing you'll want a big wedding, then we can start adoption process." he paused and chuckled when she she called him daddy "You know what, I like the sound of that, maybe we could give her a little brother or sister?" He said with a cheeky grin as he still held her close " I love you Tessa and can't see my life with out you." He pulled her closer to him and gently placed his lips against hers kissing her softly to show just how much he cared for her.

" so when do I get to meet Hope?" he asked

I don't want a big wedding, but I do want more than city hall. I want my sister to be my maid of honor. I want my brother to be there. I want hope to be our flower girl" she said smiling and kissed him again as she nuzzled into him "I hope you get to meet her soon. Shes... so perfect" she said smiling and pulled out a picture and showed it to austin "this is her" she said smiling. She then looked out at the beach then down at the ring on her finger. She was happy

Austin smiled and nodded to her "Then we'd better make it happen and she looks perfect." he said smiling as she showed him the picture of Hope. He then gave a groan " this means I'd better invest in some boyfriend repellent and a baseball bat" he said jokingly knowing he'd try and be the best dad Hope could ever have or need. He also knew he would never replace her biological father but he wanted her to have the happy child hood he had.

He saw Tessa looking at the beach and smiled " you want to go down?" he asked " we could skinny dip, its a private beach." he gave a smirk and moved behind her kissing the nape of her neck then moving to her shoulder.

Tessa smiled at austin. She was so happy that he was just as excited to adopt hope as she was. She couldn't wait to be a mom. She laughed as he mentiondd boyfriend repellent and a base ball bat "I guess so my love" she gasped a bit when he mentioned skinny dipping and bit her lip as he kissed her neck " we can go down there, but I am remaining fully clothed.... for now" she said before kicking off her shoes and running down to the water. She used magic to teansform her clothes into a bikini and jumped in

Austin smiled then laughed " oh really" he said and followed her down to the beach changing his clothes into a pair of swim shorts he grinned " wow, forgive me for saying but your gonna me one hot mum" he chuckled as he watched her jump in the water. Shaking his head he dove in beside her then swum up behind her his arms sliding up and around her waist.

"so when can I get you all to myself and alone?" he asked then kissed her neck " and well.." he paused as he pulled her back against him. " I love you and my last game went really well because of you" he said kissing her neck one more time.

Tessa laughed when he said she would be a hot kom. She knew it was true, but it still made her blush to hesr him say it. She smiled as he came uo behind her and leaned back against him "gee baby. I don't know. I mean, we have a lot of things to plan out for the adoption and the wedding" she said rubbing against him a bit and smirking "why don't you show me how appreciative you are then?" She said smirking up at him as she licked her hottom lip and slid a hand down between them

Austin could not help bite his lip feeling her against him and when her hand slid down between them he turned her to kiss her. " keep that up and there will be sand in places you didn't know you had" he said softly as he pulled her tight against him so she could feel exactly what reaction she'd had with her actions.

*several minuets later*

Austin laid on the warm sand his left hand brushing Tessa's arm gently " so what date?" he asked looking down at her hoping she'd chose soon. " I mean for the wedding and adoption, oh should we go city hall for that?" he asked unsure of how or where they were meant to do it.

essa let out a soft moan and kissed him deeply. She jumped up and wrapped her legs around him "oh baby, is that a promise or a threat?" She said smiling as she kissed his neck. Soon, she lay on the sand smiling over at him, her naked body on the sand and her head on his chest. She stroked her nails down his toned stomach and thought of a date "I was thinking maybe halloween?" She said softly "for the wedding? And yeah, we can go to city hall tomorrow to start the adoption process" she suggested and moved her hair out of her face

Austin smiled and nodded " very apt" he said and chuckled " should I wear a suit or a costume?" he slid his arms around her pulling her on top of him " sooner she comes home the sooner we'll feel like a family." he told her caressing her cheek gently as he then lent up to kiss her deeply again. " you my love, make every day feel wonderful" he moved his hand to take hers then gently pull it to his lips where he placed a kiss over her ring finger. "My soon to be Mrs Tessa Sinclair" he loved how his skin suddenly had goose bumps at saying her name with his, to him it was perfect.

Tessa giggled softly "halloween was my moms birthday, so its a special day to me. Since she cant be at the wedding thanks to my dad and his ass hole death eater friends" tessa said darkly. There was a eeason tessa studied so hard to become an auror. To stop bad people before good innocent people got hurt. She shook her head and refocused on austin "as for a costume, I figured we could be traditional for the actual ceremony then wear costume for the reception" she said smiling softly at him. She kissed him deeply and smiled "I can't wait to bring hope home. And I can't wait to be mrs. Sinclair"

Austin herd her reason and nodded "then Halloween it is then and I love that idea , zombie and zombie bride " he said with a grin then he heard her mention Hope and that she couldn't wait to be his wife "you know there will be some jealous Quidditch players on my team, three already want your number." he could not help grin " told them you were seeing some one already, some one hansom and cresmatic and who was about to ask you to marry him" he gave a soft chuckle " should have seen their faces drop like a stone at that one but yeah can't want to show Hope her new room , oh the soft toys and girls...stuff you'll help that those right?" he asked

Tessa laughed at his words "I love your team mates. But they know I am a very happily taken woman. And I like the idea of zombies. Or maybe we could do harley quinn and the joker. They are a muggle couple of super villains. Or we could do a princess and a prince." She said suggesting a few ideas before thinking it over some more "actually.... I like the zombie and zombie bride idwa. And we can have hope be a zombie princess" she said smiling and kissed him "yes I will help with all of that. I can't wait to start decoraring. Oh austin, its gonna be great!

Austin listened to her and chuckled nodding at her suggestions " what ever we decide, I'm hoping Hope will enjoy herself and yeah its gonna be great because you and I helped put it together, I'm not being left on the back benches because its our wedding" he said loving the sound of that " okay hall opens at 9am if we go first thing tomorrow we can file the adoption papers, how long you you think it will all take to be confirmed?" he asked his hand not once stopping gently brushing back and forth along her arm.

Tessa nodded "I won't be one of those brides that doesn't let you have a say. Its as much your day just as much as it is my day. We are a team" she said smiling as she cupped his cheek. She stood up and got dressed "its getting late. We better go" she said looking at him and offered her hand to help him up "lets go home and cuddle" she said as she apparated them home. She lied on the bed and smiled softly at him as she quickly changed into her pajamas and looked at him

Austin felt her slip from his arms and watched her dress as he changed his clothes back. He was a bout to say something when he found himself back at the apartment. " did you bring the bike back?" he asked with a chuckle then rubbed his hand over his face " I just realized I'll have to trade the bike in for a pickup to carry you and Hope in." He moved to change into his PJ bottoms and then to lay down next to her pulling her against him. He could not help think he wanted to make this day special for her yet she'd ended up making it just as special for him too, he was to become a father this made him smile.

Tessa stretched across the bed and nodsed "yeah the bike is in the garage. I handled it. Dont worry" she said smiling at him. She cuddled into him and began playing with his hair as she kissed his neck softlt "I'm so happy that you sre on board with the adoption. We can go tomorrow and get started. I just... this means so much to me. Thank you, baby" she said smiling up at him. She could not be happier. She held his hand softly and nuzzled deeper into him as she yawned softly "its getting late. My love"
