History: Dysmas was born as a result of his father's promiscuity. His mother felt as though the best thing she could do for the child was to carry the pregnancy to term and drop him off at a home of some sort to be taken cared of. As his mother lived in the Muggle world, she gave up her rights to the child after birth and dropped him off at a Catholic orphanage as that was the one closest to where she lived. Although the institution would be viewed as sketchy by some people, he was taken cared of pretty well until he had begun to show various signs of not being a typical human. Of course, for a while, the nuns and nurses there simply ignored for it a while.

As he began to get older, the staff at the orphanage had a harder time ignoring his "oddities"; his uncontrollable magic would have sparks here and there that it would sometimes cause operations in the orphanage to not go as smoothly. They tried all they could to get it under control such as harshly disciplining him through beatings with belts. The staffs last resort was a referral to an exorcist. They were absolutely desperate to get whatever caused Dysmas to be like he was out of him. He had gotten the green light for an exorcism. Dysmas was told many rites, prayers, and given many blessings as a way to try to get out the demon "inside" him due to his age. However, that was ineffective. Out of fear, he was quarantined from the other children in the orphanage and was restrained to try to prevent his bursts of magic from doing any damage.They mistreated him until they felt as though the "demon" was gone. Although he barely has any memories of that incident, the way others had viewed him in the orphanage would be the biggest factor that'd cause him to be in the place he is today.

As he had gotten older since the exorcism, he felt as though he didn't really belong at the orphanage. Dysmas began to realize that he wasn't really like the other children there which he couldn't figure out. He began to plot his escape from the orphanage. however, close to the time he was about to run away, he got his Hogwarts acceptance letter which explained a lot. Once he had gotten out of the orphanage, he began going street to street adapting in any way that he could so he could provide for himself.

Family History: Dysmas' family doesn't really have that much of a history. For example, his father, Ivan, was created from fire and has existed for thousands of years. His father also happens to be the Highmaster of Durmstrang and took the role of Dark Lord after Voldemort's death. Nothing much is known about his mother other than that she knew his father and that they conceived him during a one night stand.
