I'm a crazy, get me out of here! (One Shot) Empty I'm a crazy, get me out of here! (One Shot)

It was getting darker, the sun just setting and the earth's surface was cast into the golden orange that Myrnin loved so much, to the point that she would only speak to the nurses and counsellors when the sun danced along the grass and she had full view of it from the window. The outside world wasn't something Myrnin got to see, having only seen white padded walls for the past six years apart from the short moments in the counselling room.

Myrnin was sat there, the muzzle around her mouth and the thick chains around her wrist to keep her against the wall. Her blonde hair rested in strands in front of her face, head bowed as the large lock of her metal door slid open, to which she slowly raised her head, a sickeningly sweet smile on her face. "Oh Hello, Damien! Come to take me to Doc?" She said, shifting from her cross legged position and leaned forward, tilting her head as she moved her body closer to Damien. "C'mon! Unchain me already. I need to piss before I see Doc." Damien said nothing, his face blank but his face screamed in panic and fear which brought Myrnin nothing but joy. The male nurse unchained her from the wall, still keeping the wrist and chest chains around her and dragged her roughly to the bathroom. Once she was done, Myrnin beamed over at Damien who simply looked in a different direction before pulling her along to the Doc's room. Many of the other Asylum inmates watched her as she walked, muttering her nicknames; Crow or Reaper and all she did was laugh down the hallway.

"Ah, Miss Valkyrie. Come in." Doc gestured to the seat and Myrnin held out her wrists for Damien, huffing when he walked out. "What's that for? You always take off the cuffs and the muzzle. Doc, talk to me here." Myrnin pleaded, the only time she showed weakness was in front of him. He knew of her desperation for freedom, even if the reason she was there was because of the voice in her head that had called itself Rohe. As a child, she had been obsessed with mythology and the madness had manifested over time and formed a being inside of her mind. As well as Rohe, there was Nyx and Mary. Doc had no idea about the voices. He thought she was getting better. What a silly man, spoke Nyx in her mind before Mary agreed, Rohe quiet as always but making a humming noise of approval.

Doc coughed again, dragging Myrnin's attention back to him and the blonde haired woman shook her head. "The meds, Doc. I can't focus, are you sure you can't take me off them? I hate the meds, hate 'em, hate 'em. They make me feel bad, Doc!" Myrnin exclaimed, wanting to scratch at her wrists but the cuffs were in the way and the doctor before her, stared down at her clenched fists, sighing. "Relax. You won't need to take them all any more...just the basic one as you'll be leavi-" He was cut off by a sob, Myrnin beaming with joy as tears streamed down her face. She shot up, kneeling in front of him with a wide smile behind the mask and she grasped his hands, despite the gasp of shock from the man before him. "Thank you, Doc, thank you. I won't disappoint. I'd pack right away but I have no belongings..." Myrnin rambled on, beaming the entire time and the doctor couldn't help but smile in return but it quickly faded when a few men came to grab Myrnin, to take her away and Myrnin shouted happily down the halls, her voice vibrating in everyone's souls as she sang her freedom. Crow was chanted across the halls, their fists banging against their metal doors as she sang and sang in Irish.

Myrnin arrived at Hogwarts not long after, her body still changed and her mouth still muzzled and it was the dead of night, all the students slumbering and she stood in the Great Hall before all professors. "Can I be unchained now?" Her voice was quiet, innocent, an act she would put on until someone coaxed out her true self. She couldn't go back to that place, not until she got her father out. As she thought this, her chains fell to the floor in a loud clang and her muzzle went with it, a smile forming on her face despite the weakness she felt in her wrists from the heavy chains that had bled and scarred over the years.

She was free.
